Subsequently, discovering a love of mosaics, applied arts and craft as a creative graduate. In 2006 I established my career as an artist-educator. In 2020, I completed a master’s in art, festivals, and cultural management. Thus, consolidating the theories that I learnt; with my own, unique experiences and art practice.

On a daily basis, I find myself in awe of nature, and try to remember this precious gift of life. I enjoy hiking in my spare time and much of my artwork is made as a direct response to the natural landscape. My work often explores intersections of anthropology and the multiplicity of the natural world. I have undertaken many research projects and artist residencies in Germany, Scotland, China and New Zealand. I love to travel, visit new places and have a keen interest in outdoor spaces, activity and wellbeing.
